How do returns work?
For personalized products which are therefore designed and created to measure for the customer, it is not possible to return them.
For products selected from the online shop, you can send a return request which will be evaluated and possibly taken care of at our expense, by writing to infolineadaria@gmail.com
We would like to specify that we generally accept returns only on products that arrive to the customer damaged and/or different from those ordered.
If the product is damaged/different from the one ordered, the customer must communicate this within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date of the order, as certified by the shipper.
Each product has a very detailed size guide that we invite you to consult before ordering. Returns for the wrong size will not be processed.
For NON-CUSTOMIZED products present on the shop it is possible to return them (within and no later than 14 days). In this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
